NO-LEAK module · RCM

Reliability-Centred Maintenance

The right maintenance task, at the right interval, for every failure mode.

Overview

What it does

RCM built into the integrity platform, not bolted on. Each failure mode is analysed with FMECA, classified by consequence and failure pattern, and taken through the RCM decision logic to an on-condition, restoration, discard, failure-finding or run-to-failure task, with a derived interval that flows straight into the inspection plan.

How it works

From failure mode to maintenance plan

  1. Define function and failureCapture the equipment's function, how it fails, and the effect at equipment, system and asset level.
  2. Rank criticalitySeverity, occurrence and detection give the RPN; failure-mode ratio, probability and OREDA failure rates give the Criticality Number.
  3. Classify consequence and patternSafety, environmental, operational or hidden consequences; evident or hidden failures; Nowlan-Heap pattern A to F.
  4. Select the taskThe RCM decision logic offers only valid tasks: on-condition, restoration, discard, failure-finding or run-to-failure.
  5. Set the intervalDerived from the P-F interval, the protective function's MTBF, or Weibull life-data analysis.
  6. Schedule and reviewTasks flow into the non-pressurised inspection plan; re-analysis triggers keep the strategy current.
Why NO-LEAK RCM

Maintenance strategy connected to integrity.

One equipment register

RCM, FMECA, RBI, SECE and inspection planning share the same tags and history. No exports, no reconciliation.

Decision to schedule

The selected task and its interval land directly in the inspection plan, ready to execute.

Safety-critical aware

High-criticality failure modes flag safety and environmentally critical elements automatically.

Transparent and auditable

Every ranking, failure rate and interval basis is recorded and visible, so decisions can be defended to auditors.

Standards-based method

IEC 60812, MIL-STD-1629A, BS EN 60300-3-11 and BS EN 61649, applied consistently by every analyst.

No separate licence

RCM is part of the NO-LEAK platform, not an extra product to buy, integrate and maintain.
